Great staff and location. Bed was comfortable, good water pressure in shower, coffee and croissant voucher for local cafe, coffee machine on lower floor and filter water.

Exactly as advertised, clean, safe and great location, close to central market, train station and a short walk to centre of Florence. Staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Loved our stay here and the staff were definitely a stand out! We were leaving for 3 days and coming back for 1 night so we were able to book our returned night there at a discounted rate and they kept our luggage there for our return. Everything was clean and location was great!
