It was very nice. Big rooms, nice paintings on the ceiling. Close to nice bars and restaurants. Close to the old town. Very friendly concierges.

It was not in a tourist area but a lively local one and easy access to sights. 15 mins walk to the Duomo, less than 10 to Ponte Vecchio. My room had amazing view south over the city into green hills and I loved it.

Clean and comfortable helpful staff and location is walkable distance from all the icons. Plenty of cafes and restaurants close by

This is the perfect base to explore Florence. The staff were welcoming and took special care with recommendations and how to make the most of our time in Florence. The rooms are comfortable and recently updated, I would definitely return.

Quirky old building in a very central location. Secure behind a huge door and gates. Our room was adequate and the beds were comfortable. We had a lovely view over the garden. The room had a very high ceiling and it was nicely decorated. The room was very quiet. The staff were very helpful. Roxy was lovely and very welcoming.
