The location was amazing. Right in the middle of all of Florence's main attraction. The hotel room was clean and attractive. The breakfast was fantastic, too.

The location was great, right next to Piazza della Signoria, and all the other attractions were super close by. Really close to shops and restaurants, a great starting point to explore the city. The room was great, very spacious, and above everything really clean. The lady in charge of cleaning was amazing, really friendly and careful with every detail. A fresh set of towels every day and always a smile. The staff was great, helpful kind, and easy to talk to. I would definitely recommend you stay here.

The place is lovely, the beds are super comfortable, the rooms are clean, the AC works well, the location is perfect and you couldn't really hear a lot of noise coming in from outside, even though, the street is busy, so that was a huge plus. Also the staff were lovely and the breakfast, whilst small and limited, included all the classic Italian breakfast items.

Amazing location just off piazza signora. Friendly helpful staff. Secure. Ample room with queen bed and excellent bathroom. Surprisingly good breakfast and Coffee in the morning. Kettle and mini fridge in the room for tea. Very clean. New towels and daily service. Minimal street noise. Good check in. Good air-conditioning. Felt secure.
