This accommodation is excellent on all levels. It’s a 15 minute walk to and from the railway station and a similar walk time to many attractions. Federica at reception is exceptionally helpful.

Superb value given the location of the hotel and the quality of the room. Location is excellent, literally just a couple of minutes walk from the Duomand central Florence. Staff are excellent, Federica was the nicest receptionist we've ever come across, and the staff at the partner hotel where we checked in were friendly and helpful and held our bags for us on the final day.

Everything was great! Location is close to the Duomo piazza. The elevator worked. Indeed there was a terrace with a nice view. Everything was always clean, the towels - changed every day. The people from the staff were very nice and friendly. All the appliances functioned. I am a person who values the price-quality ratio and I give this place a solid 10.

the hotel was perfect. the location was absolutely great and close to everything. the room was really chill and has everything you need. the hotel also has a rooftop that has sun almost the entire day (till like 3/4 in the afternoon. so breakfast or lunch in the italian sun there is perfect!! would definitely recommend this place

The room, the price, the location, and the staff - all were excellent. It's within 5-10 minutes walk to some of the most important tourist attractions in Florence. The staff is absolutely brilliant, they're so helpful and nice. The price was great - although we visited in January, so maybe this doesn't always apply in peak season. The room was clean, spacious enough, and had its own (large) bathroom. Would def recommend this! Plus, the roof terrace has a cool view of the cathedral, especially at night and it's available for all guests.

We recently spent two nights at this lovely hotel. Check-in was very easy at their sister hotel as we arrived a little later than planned. We met Federica and she is such a lovely, warm, welcoming woman. It was my birthday so she upgraded our room which was a really kind gesture. The location was great for us. The rooftop is wonderful both day and night. As a female travelling with my teenage daughter, we felt very safe which is important to me. We did not hear any noise from our room which was the room with steps to a mezzanine level. I requested an iron and ironing board and it was left in our room while we were out so was ready for us when we got back. The cleaning was of a high standard with lovely white fresh towels every day. Loved the shower in our bathroom! Check-out was easy too. We left our luggage in the sister hotel where it was tagged and looked after until we collected it later in the day. We spend a lot of time in Florence, normally in an Airbnb, but now we will always stay here every time. Top tip. Instead of instinctively turning left when leaving the building to go into the historical centre, turn right. In a few steps you will find a lovely caffe on the corner of Piazza San Marco. Because they had problems with the paid location, I received an upgrade right next to the hotel where the key is received, in a very large room with private bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, the room being warm and very clean. The bed was matrimonial, with a quality mattress!
