The decor was amazing. Loved the apartment and it had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. Staff friendly, utilities were good. Loved the fact there was a washing machine. And we had a balcony

The property was absolutely beautiful. The room was modern, had all the amenities you need and was spacious as well! The room was well equipped with new appliances and it was generally very well designed. Upon arrival the reception was super helpful and super nice as well! All in all an amazing stay.

Everything is great! The apartment is very nice, clean and comfortable. It was a pleasure to come back to the apartment and had a good night rest after spending a day visit the museums and galleries. Staffs are super nice and helpful. I would recommend it to anyone to stay who would like to visit Fluorence.

Location was perfect- 2 min walk from the Tram stop. Apartment was clean and spacious. Had everything you would need and the staff were super nice.

Excellent location with private parking and just a short walk to the tram (which runs every 5 minutes to downtown Florence).Close to a very big supermarket and some restaurants. Great coffee place on the Leopardo square.

Room was superb and spacious. Location was moments away from a major tube line. There was a small hiccup with one of the fixtures and the staff fixed it immediately. There's even a gelato maker in the reception!

Thanks for Marinella, her welcome, her advices about everything, her printing pdf pages and so on. The flat is very nice and the street very quiet : there are no car driving on it. The hotel is close to the center of the town.

Everything is great there. The room is awesome, super well designed and decorated, not to mention spotless. I could use some ideas for myself... haha Brand new and super clean. Lots os amenities and tools. We had everything we needed. Location is perfect, not in the center, out of the crowd place but close enough to station and only 4/5 stops to historical center. Perfect. Maria was super kind with us and also tried a Portuguese to make us feel welcomed. We definitely recommend!
