This is a really lovely apartment, beautifully furnished and spacious. It is very central, a short walk from the Duomo, and about a 10 minute walk from the Santa Maria Novella train station. It is situated in a lovely street with good restaurants and a small supermarket. The lady in Reception was really helpful and made us feel very welcome. The main bed was very comfortable although the pillows were way too thin. The sofa bed was not comfortable, even for our daughter who can normally sleep on anything!

It is a spacious unit with all amenities needed for self-catering. Comfortable bed, good shower and very clean. Marzana helped with parking arrangements and made our stay most pleasant. Thank you to all the staff for a very pleasant stay. The location is brilliant. 3 min from Academia and 5 min from the Duomo and old town.

Great location, 5 minute walk or less to some of the most-do sights. Staff were responsive and helpful - even when being texted out of hours (made arriving after midnight smooth and stress free). Easy to come and go with a keycard for the front door. Spacious and light, big bathroom. Left a couple of tarts/pastries and a candle seeing it was my birthday.

****** 6 stars! Super clean and comfortable apartment with air-conditioning and all the amenities you can imagine. It's located a couple of minutes from the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, but away from the tourists' hustle and bustle. The host surprised my wife with a delicious local delight for her birthday. Staying at Residence Hilda was an unforgettable experience, real hospitality. Thank you for everything! For fellow travellers: while you're there, try the nearby pizzeria, La Cranceria.

Location and appartment itself were beond our expectations. Location is city centre, but the street is relatively quiet. Appartment is spacious, clean and very comfortable. Service and advices were bonus.
