The bed was very comfortable, it was 5 minutes walking from one of Florence’s main stations, and Piero and his wife were extremely gentle.

Perfect ground floor location less than 5 minute walk from train station. Ideal base for exploring Florence. The owner Piero was so helpful providing map and listing of what to see and suggesting where to eat. Great Cafe just 25metre away for quick breakfast.

The location of Relais Florence was the real draw card but the owners made our stay. The recommendations for dinner were spot on and when one of our party became sick in the middle of the night the owners did everything possible to assist.

the staffs the owner couple are so nice to us. Assisted very well.. He also explained to us that if you are a Florence residence, you don't need to pay city tax which other hotels we stayed before are not doing this..Thank you..

Just perfect. Not far from the station. The room was great (clean, comfy and big). The hosts are so nice and friendly.
