Location with easy access to main sights. Very quiet. Beautiful fragrance in public spaces. We were there in winter but outside areas would be an oasis in warmer weather. Modern amenities in room with lovely thick bath towels. Gorgeous cafe with contemporary food - avocado on fabulous bread. Very comfortable.

I stayed one night at Palazzo San Niccolò, located in a very quiet area. The air conditioner kept us warm, and they provided everything we needed except slippers, toothbrush, and toothpaste. They were also very accommodating with keeping our luggage after check-out, allowing us to explore the city hands-free.

The Palazzo San Niccola is a beautifully restored old Palace with a helpful and courteous staff.. The street is interesting with interesting restaurants , boutique shops away from the touristy area..

The palazzo was easy to find and had secure entry. There was a cafe and eatery downstairs which we used for breakfast and in the basement was a washing machine and a water refill station. The concierge team were incredibly attentive and helpful.

Good location - only a few minutes walk from the Ponte Vecchio and Piazzale Michaelangelo - but in a quiet street away from the main touristic centre. Super-clean appartment. Nice gardens. Free water top-ups ... and other things.

The location was perfect. Far enough from the crowds but close enough to be in walking distance of some of the historic locations found in Florence. The apartment was very clean and secure. The staff were very helpful and kind. I would not hesitate to stay here again. 5* for those looking for that something special. There are some fantastic restaurants nearby which also makes the location perfect.

Stylish and comfortable accommodation in a quiet, historical part of town; only a short walk to the centre and with all the benefits of a local neighbourhood. Lovely cafe and garden downstairs, and warm staff

Loved location away from hustle of the tourist area. Best little bakery down the road. Helpful staff who ordered us taxi and quickly answered any queries we needed. Refillable water in basement was great
