The trip was as we were going to watch Fiorentina play Roma. This accomodation couldn't be any closer. Across the road from the stadium. close to train station also to get into city centre.

Very friendly and clean place !! She help for all the questions we have and very kind. We like to stay there. Every day some cookies and coffee’s , tea's (24 hours you can have ) Nice and silence place !!

great location to train within 10 min walk or 25 min walk to main old city Florence. bed was comfy, clean and good coffee selection, friendly staff

Very comfortable stay with all we needed. Central area is very accessible, only 20 minutes by bus. Also close to the Fiorentina Stadium.

The room was exceptional. The Air Conditioning was fantastic. Tiziana was a fantastic host, on the day I arrived she explained everything about the Guest House. It is outside of Florence City Centre, but this is a good thing because you don't have to deal with a busy area, it is a cheap price on train to get to city centre €1.60 and it only takes 5-10mins on train. The train station Campo Di Marte is a 5min walk from the Guest House.
