The beds are comfy and the building is well located, I didn’t have to take any extra transportation. If you come from the train station, it’s a 5 minutes walk, the stuff is very kind, they will help you with everything you may need.

Friendly staff. Great facilities: welcome drink, free coffee/water. Clean room. Close to the city center and very close to the train station.

The breakfast was abundant, the room is clean and themed quite interesting. There're different amenities in the building that is very nice. The staff are super nice and helpful. It's also very easy to walk around and super close to the train station.

Good location, close to tourist attractions of the Old Town in Florence, many cafes and restaurants nearby. The young people at the reception can speak fluently in many languages. To say that they are friendly and helpful is like saying nothing. They care and you can feel it. The bar offers food and drinks in a homemade style at affordable prices and in a relaxed atmosphere. Nice vibe. The hostel has a nice external glass lift and the room had a perfect size with comfortable beds and a working radiator, which is important during wintertime.

This is a great hostel where you can find all for nice staying in Florence. Good location, comfortable rooms, kitchen, great terrace and a friendly staff.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. it was very quiet in the rooms upstairs more than I expected considering the bar downstairs. spacious and clean. The location is 2 min walk to the train station. also lots to see and do in short walking distance. Lockers are in the room for luggage storage. They have everything you could need, just ask

It was close to the Leather Market and public transport, making it easy to travel. A lot of things were in walking distance too. I also enjoyed their musical instruments as in my spare time I was able to play the guitar in the common area. Trivia night was also super fun and a nice way to make friends.

Liked the bar, the welcoming drink, rooms clean, cleaned every day, small lamp and shelf and socket with every bed, I actually liked entering the room with app, felt safe because of it. Liked kitchen, terrace and free stuff if you need. Location best. Pub quiz good fun, surprisingly, i have never felt attracted to this before. And more.... Thank you:)
