From check in to check out, the process was easy. The apartment was spotlessly clean, with Ren skin care products and hairdryer in the bathroom. It was located in the area of all high end stores. We had complimentary drinks, nespresso capsules and Hoogly teas. Decor and furnishing were tasteful. Good air conditioning . Best accommodation in Italy thus far . 🌟

The location! The room was spacious compared to other locations. We had everything we needed. I would like to point out that I slept on the extended couch and it was comfortable, because of the additional mattress

Spacious, spotless clean and beautifully designed apartment, with everyting you need, in the center of Florence within walking distance of every top attraction. Even if it's a self check in, the personal was very fast to help us with any info. We could also leave our luggage in a locker at the property from 7 am on the day of our arrival and up until 8 pm on the day of our departure.

Amazing location, literally at most a 12-15 minute walk from everything. The accommodation itself was perfect and it has everything you could need. It will honestly be the only place I stay in Florence from now on. We can’t wait to go back.

Good location with some excellent restaurants right on your door step. Our room was an apartment with a kitchen, so it was spacious for 2 people. Has a lift which is handy for luggage. Large king sized bed, somewhat comfortable, very firm. We were on level 1 which had limited natural light and no view, but I do think the higher levels may have been a more ambient stay. Remote staff were somewhat responsive to requests and trying to help where possible.
