We had a balcony with a beautiful view. The apartment was very spacious and well located. We were close to wonderful restaurants and the staff helped make reservations for us. I would recommend everyone to upgrade to the room with a balcony! It was great to sit out there and have wine.

We were given the room w a 4-poster canopy bed (lovely!!) & kitchenette which was very useful. Lots of space compared to accommodation in Rome & Siena for about the same price. Service by Novella House prior to the stay on possible day tours & restaurant recommendations were superb too. Thank you Alex for your great service! :)

Our bedroom and bed were large and comfortable. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The snacks that were provided every day were very nice. The location was very good, being close to the tram for the airport.

the architecture of the room was gorgeous, and the free little snacks were delicious. all of the facilities were amazing as well, and the location was 10/10. very happy with our stay!

Absolutely beautiful interior. Location is perfect, snugged away from the main streets and close to the train station. Staff were brilliant. Facilities were amazing.

Apartment was big. The kitchen was well-stocked with utensils and equipment. Nice touch was the tray of snacks including cookies, jams- good for breakfast. Although it needed a couple of turns, the location is a short walk to the Firenze Santa Maria Novella train station. Suitable if you like an experience in a cosy old apartment. - Access to apartment is via a bunch of keys to open the multiple doors - Elevator access is available after a short flight of stairs but elevator is the old type which you have to close the door yourself.
