Nice rooms, clean and confortable. A very good breakfast. The restaurant could offer small lunches as sandwiches for lunch and dinner. I also recommend that the service in the night closes at 11:30 PM. The staff is very kind with the guests.

Large spacious room and bathroom. Convenient location not too crowded yet not too far from the main attractions. Complimentary amenities. Reasonable breakfast spread.

Staff is excellent, absolutely endearing and make you feel at home. Special mention for Elena, Alice andPedro. Hotel has a lovely inbouse fragrance that is fabulous and fresh. Great breakfast and great location.

The staff is very hospitable, being fair, I didn't require much assistance. Good breakfast, with eggs, fruits, cheeses and prosciutto and salami. Yogurt, granola, milk and juice. And of course coffee and tee. The room was spacious. Toiletries included soap, shampoo and hair conditioner, as well as body lotion. Toothbrush and toothpaste, comb, razor etc.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly, and they even allowed an early check-in, which was much appreciated. The night receptionist went above and beyond, helping us get a cab at 2 AM. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the train station, and the bus stop is only about 150 meters away. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended!

Brilliant hotel for the value Room and pool were excellent, would definitely stay again. All the staff are extremely friendly, and very good to our 3 year old boy who also loved it! Can't compliment the hotel enough.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I arrived very late, and had to leave very early. On both occasions, the staff catered for my requests with friendliness and professionalism. The pool was lovely, to soothe sore feet after walking seeing so many attractions of Florence.

The hotel staff was always nice at reception. Big lounge at reception to sit and wait. We have not tried breakfast nor restaurant.
