Excellent central location very close to Ponte Vecchio (5 mins walk), shops, restaurants, grocery store and Duomo. Apartment is very modern and clean. Valentina, the contact person, was very responsive with queries via WhatsApp.

The property was spacious, clean, positioning was great, walking distance to everything we wanted, beds were comfortable, next door to a supermarket and a good pizza restaurant. Quiet inside, owners turned up the heat when requested. Emi who met us to let us in and gave us our keys and a tour of the big apartment was lovely. Very knowledgeable about the area and where was best to eat and places to visit. Emi is an asset as his suggestions were wonderful! Emi’s English was exceptional and the staff English was great too and when I messaged about anything. Emi showed us the way to open the front door as the key could be tricky at times which is a positive to no one being about to break in from down stairs. Has an elevator to get upstairs which is a bonus. We loved everything about this property from the moment we were welcomed to the moment we left. The property staff pre ordered us a taxi van for when we needed it as the taxi app wouldn’t work for me. We will be booking this place again when we go back to Florence as it was perfect for a family with children and everything was convenient. Highly recommend this place and the beautiful staff.

The location of the house is great. The house equipment is really good. The beds are comfortable and the house is really what it looks like in the pictures. Communication before the entrance was good (we recommend having internet connection if you are not %100 sure about the entrance time). We met Niccolo the at the apartment entrance and he was helpful with the city information.

Brilliant location Steppinghill out to the historic bridge. Came in a suv provided 2 days secured parking for €64, place was spacious third floor with lift access, introduction was so pleasant and professional by Melanie.

Great location. Right in the middle where all the action is, ie sightseeing, shopping and eating/drinking. Hosts were charming, eloquent, articulate and very helpful. They recommended plenty of places to eat and drink. Rooms were very spacious. Would love to go back there one day.

Location is great, walking distance to everything. Our room was spacious and had a washer/dryer, which was handy. Our host Nicolas was great with communication and recommendations. Would definitely stay here again.

The Location was perfect and ideal for seeing all of Florence. You could easily pop back in between museums to change or drop off purchases. Very quiet clean building and a view of the Arno. Perfection.
