I stayed in this hostel for the second time, it is located a few minutes from the station, and the city center is also not far. The staff is very friendly, kind and helpful, thank you for the polite communication. The hostel also has food especially for guests, and you can make your own omelette, pasta, tea, coffee, cookies and jam absolutely free. Other hostels usually do not have this. I will come again in the summer.

Staff were immediately welcoming, I stayed in the female only dorm and felt very safe, enjoyed chatting to the other girls passing through. Really great location and base to explore Florence. Quite old but clean, bed did the job, good value for money.

free food in the kitchen (pasta sauce egg toast tea coffee milk cookie cereal) basically everything essential the towels are changed everyday and the beds are made everyday location is perfect close to the station and any sites there are two buildings female building and mixed building which made me feel comfortable and safe reception was really kind information about tourist sites as well as food are provided
