Pierpaula has a lovely property which is a 15 minute walk (with luggage) from the train station. The apartment exceeded expectation and was immaculate and professionally designed and laid out. The bathroom and shower were fantastic. The property is well located for all main attractions, with some restaurants and wine bars round the corner. The accommodation was quiet at night and enabled a good night’s sleep. Pierpaulo was the perfect host and met us at the property on arrival, giving good suggestions as what to see and where to eat 👏👏

Excellent accommodation, all very nice, super comfortable and clean. The facilities are first class, super close to all things of interest to visit, everything is within 10 minutes walking distance. And the owner is very kind and attentive, always concerned that you live the best experience in the accommodation and if you are looking for recommendations on what to see, where to eat, how to move, Pierpaolo will always help you.

Fantastic location, the room was modern with high-spec facilities and lovely little touches. It was newly opened and everything was fresh. Complimentary mini-bar and toiletries. Pierpaolo the owner was a fantastic host, very welcoming, was in contact prior to arrival and after check out, talked us through everything, gave us recommendations and even a complimentary bottle of wine! Couldn’t rate the stay highly enough, would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Florence and definitely book again.

The apartment is very centrally located. It’s cozy, the bed is extremely comfortable, and the shower is delightful. Additionally, it is spotlessly clean and the towels are changed daily.

An amazing stay! My mom and her friend stayed here, and they were absolutely delighted! The host was incredible—kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything they needed. His hospitality made their experience even more special. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Florence, making it easy to explore the city. The building itself is a piece of history, dating back to the Medici era, which added a unique charm to their stay. Their room was incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean, and the hotel itself is brand new! It was a perfect blend of modern comfort and historic elegance. They loved everything about their stay and couldn’t be happier with their choice. They are already planning to stay here again on their next visit to Florence. Highly recommended!

Excellent central location. Accommodation was recently renovated, well designed and furnished. Easy access to the Tram line and very close to the main Tourist attractions in central Florence. Many good restaurants, breakfast bars, shopping etc. nearby and close to the central market with a choice of eating. Our welcoming host was super helpful :)

Everything! Clean, well maintained, good shower and toilet, great wifi, super excellent host, super location, quiet. You can see that the host is really out to wow. Always checking on us to see if everything was ok and was willing to respond immediately if anything is was wrong. Room serviced daily!

The best place to stay in Florence. Pierpaolo, the host, is very helpful. The room exceed our expectations. The Maison is very close to Doumo and is located in the old city center. We had a wonderful time in Florence and we want to return one day, but defenitly, we’ll choose again Maison Ginori Guelfa.

Great location just near the Duomo and other main sightseeing places. Very hospitable host, met us, told lots about the city and it’s places to see and eat.
