Location is perfect, very easy to reach from the station with heavy bags. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Very beatiful room, it was comfortable and super cute. Great bed to rest after whole day of city exploring. We will absolutely come back next time in Florence.

We loved the location, it was only a few minutes walk from the main train station, close to the city, safe to walk around at night. Good size apartment and bathroom, large balcony with views of other apartments, breakfast buffet was basic but good, elevator/lift from reception area to our room (not from outside to reception, be prepared to lift suitcases up some stairs)

The location is unbeatable—within walking distance of the old city, just 5 minutes from the train station with access to all transportation, and only a 10-minute walk to the Duomo. I absolutely loved staying here and would highly recommend it for its convenience and charm!

We stayed only first night of our trip. We arrived around 11pm and check-in was still pretty easy since they use the reception of an hotel from the same building. It was very convenient to reach this hotel from the airport. Room was spacious with high ceiling.

The location, right next to the central station and 10 minutes walk to the center. The room was big and nice. The external bathroom was big.
