Excellent location. The hotel is very cozy and staff was welcoming. Everything was absolutely great except the size of our bathroom, it was extremely uncomfortable.

The room was clean & spacious, decorated nicely with high ceilings, great location really close to the Duomo & Galleria dell’Academia, staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was lovely - pastries, pancakes, fruit, yogurt, eggs.. we enjoyed our stay

Our room at the back was quiet. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice. The hotel was in a great location close to main area of the city.

Perfect location near the cathedral, very central. the neighborhood is alive, filled with various restaurants and bars, supermarkets, etc... The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Great location and heritage property. Most front desk and restaurant staff were great, one or two were sulky, passive aggressive types.
