It was very central, everything was in a walking distance, we felt very safe, Luciano was the best host. We arrived later and everything was ready for us with clear instructions. We would highly recommend it to everyone.

Had a wonderful stay here. The room, the location and the breakfast were all excellent. But most of all the host was so friendly and helpful. I couldn't recommend it highly enough

Central to Florence, Locanda Orchidea is a very clean and beautiful house. Luciano was an excellent host. Breakfast, check-in, and any communication was very easy and friendly. I’d happily stay again!

Excellent location. Just outside door, excellent restaurants and small grocery store. Walking distance to most key attractions. Rooms well appointed with all the necessities. Beautiful ceiling lighting. Breakfast was nice. Quirky, old school elevator charming! Proprietor very helpful.

I loved the big bathroom and the comfortable bed. It was located in the centre of all the action. The restaurant across the street served delicious food.

Nice hotel near all the big attractions. We were worried that it might be noisy at night facing the restaurant opposite but we didn't hear a thing. Beautiful room and helpful staff.
