The location is great, near by the train station and easy access to all the main attractions. The host is nice, too. He kindly introduced us the surrounding area, restaurants, must-see spots. Our room is cleaned everyday, towels are changed once per two days. Our room (double room) faces to the back of the apartment, so it is pretty quiet in the evening.

Room was so cozy, nice, large, well designed: in nice and harmonic colors. Honestly, the room exceeded our expectations. We were happy to live there two nights. The Host Valentin was very kind and helpful. He advised us how to get to the point of our tour by train, where and what to eat good local food and etc. We have booked the room without breakfast, that's why I can't say anything about the breakfast.

Great location just five minutes from the Lorenzo district and 10 minutes walk from the Duomo, on a well-known street full of restaurants. There is life right at the door, yet the room itself was very quiet. It has character and our host was extremely helpful about things to do. We appreciated the coffee and biscuits.

The owner was very kind and gave us guidance as we arrived, with map etc. The bedroom had a nice area with a small living space with window. The location is right next to the main train station and many restaurants on the street. A few things offered: water, cakes, coffee

Personnel was very accommodating and very helpful with informing us about everything in Florence, where to go, what to prepare, etc. for our short stay and genuinely a good person. On top of this the flat was very spacious, extremely clean, and perfectly situated in the city to move around as fast as we needed to.

The room was just like in the photos. Everything inside looked cozy. A big plus was the windows that blocked out noise. The kind owner allowed us to leave our bags after check-out, gave us recommendations on what to visit in the city, and how to get to interesting places. The location was excellent, and the room itself was very clean!
