Everything! The hosts were fantastic and helpful. They provided wonderful suggestions for sites and restaurants, which made our experience perfect 😊. The room was a nice size, spotless, and had all the amenities we needed. It was also very close to the city center, within easy reach of many historic sights and plenty of restaurants.

Hospitality of Mira was great, she helpded us with everything we needed, inlcuding the taxi early morning arrangement. The breakfast was very good at near by cafe, we could also use the coupon for the day we left early in the morning. The location is very good, close to the main attractions, and there are a lot of restaurants near by.

Excellent communication from the start, with a warm reception from the lovely Mira and Francesco on arrival. They are going the extra mile with recommendations and general attentiveness and care to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The room itself is clean, spacious and lovely decorated as well, with the location being the key, as it’s super central. Overall an amazing experience!

the owners were amazing truly some of the best and most sweet amazing humans u can meet super friendly and gave great curated advice for our intrerest cant wait to see them again plus the rooms were so cute and comfortable a very quite and clean but still in the heart of florance easy to walk to virtually anywhere u would want to go visit in florance 100% would stay in this cute little family owned hotel again

Good location to explore the Florence. Garage nearby. Good comunication with owners, instant responce. Voutcher for breakfast! Very cozy and luxury looking rooms.
