The property was in a very good location. The staff at the property were extremely nice and always willing to help. The rooms were very clean and I have nothing negative to say about this property. I will definitely be coming back soon!

Great staff and very helpful. Excellent location if you are traveling with car - near to the center and you can park in front of the hotel in a zone parking or use the valet parking. Variable and delicious breakfast! We definitely come back !

An excellent hotel, perfect position to explore and enjoy Firence at it's best. Priceless position on Arno river with 'to die for' views. Excellent breakfast, stylishly furbished rooms.... But really and honestly the best and the most valuable asset of River hotel are indeed the employees. An excellent, even exceptional service, all the way from the moment you book the room until check out. Thank you all for everything, and ... see you again, hopefully soon.

The hotel was great, clean, comfortable, and welcoming, especially Adil. The Spa however didn't open till lunchtime and we had to call to reception for access which was little different. Thanks to all the team for making the experience in Florence memorable.
