Friendly staff who upgraded me to a suite. Room was very spacious and had a nice view of the river. The properly is located about 10 mins walk outside of the main tourist area so is a little quieter than staying in the centre.

Cosy bed with a orthopaedic mattress. Spacious room with a modern coffee machine. Quite despite its location on a crowded road. Private parking.

The suite was beautiful and very spacious. The reception were so helpful advised us on everything and even called around to find out where the football was on in town. The bedding was amazing and the bed was so comfy.

The suite with Arno view and the terrace over Florence is unforgettable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. It's 15 minutes away from piazza del duomo, in a quiet and nice area. Highly recommended!
