We had a lovely welcome. We had to ring for help with the safe and the heating shortly after we arrived. Staff came back within minutes to help. Staff were friendly and helpful. We chose to move rooms but had an appointment, staff were more than helpful and moved all our belongings for us. Location was great and convenient to everything

The staff informed us that the room we had booked suffered som boiler issues, so we didn't end up staying at Le Camere Dei Conti. They quickly provided a solution and moved us to another property, in a more central location. Their fast and quick problem solving attituide was greatly appreciated. The staff was very helpful and provided many recommendations on what to do and visit in the city.

Firstly, the host (Ina) was AMAZING! She is absolutely lovely and couldn't do enough for us - from sightseeing advice, to providing extra towels, water and coffee when needed. She is an exceptional host! The room was lovely and the bed was super comfy. The location is good, close by to the train station and only a short walk from the centre and the sights. Breakfast vouchers were provided to a nearby cafe, which had great food and plenty options.

The Guest House is very close to the city center (few minutes of walk), and the host is very kind and responsive. You can use whatsapp to easily get in touch with her in advance. The room is stylish and nice. Recommended!
