Utterly fabulous stay - wonderful kind staff, spotless room and the vibe was lovely. The location was excellent for sightseeing but slightly calmer than the centre.

The location is amazing, in the city centre of Florence. Stuff excellent! All really kind and available for any needs. The hotel itself is amazing, clean and with super comfortable rooms. Also breakfast perfect, with all what you need. p.s. amazing products like excellent shampoo and hair conditioner in the bathroom

The rooms were very clean and spacious, the view was excellent facing the Basilica of Santa Maria della Croce, It is in the center through a short walking distance to the main attractions of the city, The welcoming of the staff with the typical panettone and a hot wine, together with small presents in the room were so " spirit holiday time"

I don’t often write reviews, we travel a lot around the world in many places and I can without doubts say that this has been probably the best staying. All the staff very professional, kind, available to satisfy any request. The property is amazing, attention to details and everything has taste. Locations simply perfect to explore Florence by foot.
