Sylvia was the best host ever! She was extremely warm and accomodating for our big family of 6! Excellent homemade breakfast at our requested times (the homemade croissants were the best our kids ever had) Location was great, 3 mins walk to the main Santa Maria Novella station

Silvia was extremely helpful and supportive when our TAP flight was delayed over 2 hours resulting in a very late check in and a delayed check out. We will stay again if the opportunity arrises.

Excellent custom breakfast as per request. Nice sized room, clean and comfortable. The propreitress also reserved my time slots for Uffizzi and Academia so that I could go without any further hassle.

Our FAVOURITE stay of our whole Europe trip. What an amazing place this is. The host Silvia goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable during your stay and is so kind. The homemade breakfast each morning delivered to your room was a great touch and the room was spotless and well maintained each day of our stay. Honestly you just NEED to stay here. Location is also great, well within walking distance to everything but still in a quiet area. Highly highly recommend. Would defintely stay here again.

Silvie is very nice and kind. She cares about our feeling at every moment and actively put a duvet for us while weather forecast tells that it might be get colder. The breakfast is awesome! We can take our time to enjoy the slow tempo in Florence.

Silvia is a wonderful and kind host willing to do everything to make sure that you have a comfortable and welcoming stay. Great location in Florence in close proximity to main attractions. Excellent breakfast and very clean room!
