Francesca was an incredible host. The photos of this place do not show the size or extend of the apartment. We were so happy on arrival and it exceeded our expectations. We met Francesca on arrival and she was so amazing in walking us through and showing us for everything worked and the apartment had everything we weeded - and more! The fridge and cupboards were fully stocked and we didn’t need anything for our stay!

Francesca the owner was welcoming and incredibly helpful. The complimentary bottle of Chianti from Tuscany and afternoon tea on arrival were a lovely surprise!

Fantastic location, close enough to the attractions but on a clean, tidy street away from all the hustle and bustle. Paid, secure parking available nearby. Fabulous, extremely clean apartment with a warm and welcoming host to see you to all your needs. An extensive selection of breakfast and other treats to meet the needs of the fussiest. Even a bottle of wine and snacks. Every supply you can think of from washing powder to shampoo/conditioner. If there was a rating of 11, Francesca would receive it.

I read reviews and saw photos of the breakfast provided by Francesca but I was still overwhelmed by the amount and variety! We were a family of three but the amount of food was enough to feed twice the number. There were all kinds of Italian biscuits, bread loaves, buns, cakes, cereals, sweets, jams, tea, juices, milk, fruits, yogurt, cold cuts, cheeses and even a bottle of Chanti and crackers to go with it! I probably missed listing a couple of items! The apartment retains charm of the old but has modern amenities. Adequate heating in winter, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Francesca puts a lot of thoughts into the details like aroma diffusers, vanity items and more. She's very friendly and helpful, giving us recommendations, advice, arranging for garage and answering all our questions. The location is safe and quiet yet not far from the station. We walked almost everywhere but you can use the tram which is just a few mins walk.

The location was perfect! The property was super clean with all the facilities! We've stayed at many properties before, but this one stands out as the best. The host's hospitality and the property's amenities deserve a perfect rating!

What to say about that stay. It was fantastic from the beginning to the end. Francesca is more than professional and gives attention to every detail. The house has everything that somebody wants. It was full of food (nobody does that, except Francesca), so it was veeery easy for us to make breakfast and not use the supermarket at all. The cleaning was very good, modern space, quite spacious and warm! She also helped us finding a garage for our car. I would stay again!

I can't say enough about this property and the host. From when we arrived and throughout our stay Francesca was fantastic. The property is lovely, in a fantastic location within walking distance of anything you would want to see and within 5 minutes of the tram station. It is an absolute gem and we will stay there again. Very highly recommended

2 bathrooms & 2 double rooms is super convenient. The generous pantry meant we did not need to go to shops for breakfast supplies during our entire stay (3 mornings). The welcome basket of Chianti & local crackers was so special & typical of the Florentine hospitality.
