Such a beautiful property. Staff were super nice and gave us more than we needed. Our room had free snacks and champagne on arrival which was so kind. The room was very spacious and so close to the train station. Would definitely stay again.

Honeymoon gifts on arrival were much appreciated, our host was so very accommodating and helpful. great comfy bed, location was good. clean bathroom. we didn't use kitchen but a great asset. breakfast cornetto and coffee were A1.

The location was very handy for the train station where I arrived and left as it was within walking distance. For other travellers to find this place they need to know there are 2 kinds of house numbers in a street, the building number and the shop number. This made it hard to find at first. Also the name Katti House is not on the front of the building - however the staff member who expected me was waiting on the street so I did eventually find it. The staff member was extremely helpful so that was good.

Very pretty room, comfortable bed, nice hot shower. There is a communial kitchen to make coffee and to get treats. We also got a basket of treats in our room including juices, chips and cookies. Unfortunately we could not enjoy it due to our dietary restrictions.

Beautiful room, great host, easy check-in with direction, welcoming bottle of red wine, slippers, and basket with different goods. Very clean, great bead, nice smelling towels, clean shower, cozy and comfortable. Fridge, safe, all you need is present. Best stay in Firenze
