The room was large, was able to accommodate 2 large luggage on the floor. The complimentary minibar and amenities kits are an added bonuses. It could be one of the best rooms we had in Italy.

The location is very strategically located next to Mercato Centrale and just a walking distance to Firenze SMN and Duomo. The staff, Marwa was very friendly, helpful and polite. We enjoyed our stay and definitely will visit again when we come to Florence.

The room was very clean, and the coffee machine and refreshments in the fridge were great. Breakfast was yum and felt like you were in a cosy cafe. The staff were really nice and helpful.
