Absolute gem of a place. Unfortunately, as I’d totally normal with older buildings, I had a plumbing issue, but the beauty of the room and the most wonderful host Esme who was just a darling and very accommodating, will not deter me from giving a 10 rating. The location is great too! Lots to eat and drink very very nearby, and a nice walk gets you “downtown” into the heart of Florence. When visiting Firenze, I would not hesitate to book here again.

The building's location is near the big public garage, so it's very convenient when you come to Florence by car. The area is lively with cafes, restaurants, and shops. A huge supermarket is also nearby. 20min walk to the Duomo. The host, Esmeralda, is super helpful, kind and answers almost immediately. Check-in was easy. We were in the apartment with a kitchen on the top floor, which had a medieval charm. The apartment was comfortable and clean.

Esme the host was really welcoming and provided a list of recommendations. The hotel was situated in a great location with an array of restaurants and bars. Traditional rooms fully equipped with everything we needed.

Great room. Very clean. Great communication with the host Esmeralda. She met us at the property, gave us good tips on what to see, how to get around and where to eat. Location is good, is a little walk into town but not a problem at all, looks like it will have a tram connection built soon which would make it easier but it is an easy flat walk, passing some of the sites so really wasn’t an issue.

Its location, first of all, is perfect, as it just a few minutes away from the centre! The facilities are excellent! It has a very unique and artistic interior which gives a fresh, cozy and relaxing vibe. It is clean and comfortable! It is fully air-conditioned, otherwise, it has large windows that let's fresh air in. Summer isn't a problem! My mini kitchen -- I wanted to take it home with me because it is the cutest
