Near to the station Firenze Campo di Marte and also it’s possible to reach the city when you want to walk 20 minutes. But even then you can use the buses instead to go to some location pretty easily The employees are always friendly and when you ask for a good restaurant nearby they can give you good advices. The cleaner are everyday cleaning the room

Hotel located on beautiful and calm area of Florence. 10 minutes walking and you are in the middle of Old Town, just 15 minutes and you are front of the Stadium of Artemio Franchi.

Mostly, I liked the room; it was very bright and had a little balcony, which I liked the most. The view was also not bad. The breakfast room needs a little improvement, as it was a bit hot (we were there in July). I was a bit disappointed that although the breakfast room has access to the garden, you cannot sit in the garden to have breakfast. In general, it's a good hotel. For me, the room with the balcony was great.

Great location, friendly staff, decently sized rooms. The balcony which rooms on the bottom floor have access to is a nice space to enjoy a drink.

The location of the hotel is not bad, quiet area, but the staff was not very helpful. The sound insulation is just terrible, everything could be heard from other rooms.

The guy at the reception is a jerk. Other than that, the lady is nice and all of the other staff is too. The room we had was spacious and had an access to the outside, which was super nice. Good location, not far from the centre (20 min by walking), which in my opinion is great, because the centre of the city is overcrowded and can be a bit overwhelming.

The hotel was located close to the city center. The building was old but well-maintained and the room was clean. You can find free parking lots on the streets near the hotel.
