Localization of the train station it's a very important aspect to us (it was 4 minutes on foot). We're using the hotel only for sleep and in this hotel was everything great.

Booked on the basis it had a city view which it did not. Air-conditioning/heating was supposedly off for end of season and the room was occasionally too cold and too hot.

the hotel was well situated for the train station snd the centre of Florence. The room was comfortable although bathroom a little tight. Good breakfast staff friendly, supplied tea and coffee making facilities when asked for

We had an excellent stay at this hotel! The bed was one of the best we've experienced during our trip in Italy. The location is fantastic—centrally located and just a short walk from the train station. The area is vibrant, with plenty of dining and café options nearby. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Without a doubt, this is a place we would love to return to! Highly recommended!
