Lovely hotel full of character and history with attentive caring staff. The tower is very special. The staff helped us loads. Beautiful.

Lovely location in Florence, close to major sites and not too far from the train station. The free breakfast included whatever coffee you want and had a large variety for different styles and preferences of food. The tower of the hotel is really nice to visit at any time of day, with a great view of the city and valley. The bathroom was decadent with a double vanity, huge shower and double windows and bench.
