Room size is good, retro style, very clean, housekeeping is good. Bed is comfy but pillows too flat. Staff provided gift at checkout.

I recently stayed at Hotel Roma in Florence, and it exceeded all my expectations. The location is unbeatable—just steps away from major attractions like the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, and Piazza della Repubblica. It was the perfect base for exploring this stunning city. The staff was exceptionally warm and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. Their attention to detail and genuine care made me feel right at home. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully designed, blending modern comforts with classic Florentine charm. Overall, my experience at Hotel Roma was nothing short of amazing. Room 218 was clean, spacious and well appointed. Great view onto the Piazza. Shut out blinds keep out the light, so we got a great night's sleep. Bathroom had a bath, a real luxury in our experience. Location amazing, close to everything.

Excellent location. We were fortunate to have a room overlooking Plaza Santa Maria Novello. Ideal for train travellers as it was no more than 10 mins walk from the station.
