Central location; comfortable large suite. The lady on reception was very helpful - storing our bags after we checked, and calling a taxi for our trip to the airport.

We booked this hotel for our last night in Florence after several days in the countryside. The location was perfect! Just two blocks from the big market, which is amazing. Also close to other main attractions. Clean, comfy, and private. Would highly recommend.

This property is close to the train station and the historic district - so a perfect location. It is also really quiet. We had a lovely meal at a restaurant just outside the door/ gate.

The place is beautiful and perfectly located, but what truly stands out is the quality of the people who work there. During my stay, I had a medical emergency, and they immediately assisted me with everything, without hesitation. Their care and professionalism made all the difference.
