The hotel is very well located and the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. It is not a 5* hotel but it delivers on what it is. A very nice, well located, well priced, friendly hotel.

This charming hotel in the heart of Florence was a wonderful place to stay. We had multiple rooms, which were all comfortable, but the highlight was the Junior Suite with a private terrace, which was large, beautifully decorated and had breathtaking views over Florence. Watching the sunset over the Duomo was an unforgettable experience! The staff were all lovely and the security for the building was great. Really good heating in Winter for such a large room. Breakfast was fresh and coffee was great.

The accommodation is spotless and cozy, with a great location that's convenient for traveling. The staff made me feel secure and confident about leaving my luggage at the hotel. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of choices.

We appreciated Laura, Asia, Oscar and Maria hospitality at the reception. Anna, Rosi and Svetlana breakfast service was excellent. We recommend this hotel 100% and we hope to return. The location of this hotel is prime because it is situated in the historical centre of Florence.

Location was absolutely amazing - litterally at the city center, very nearby all the landmarks you would want to visit in Florence. Everything is at walking distance, and the tram station where you arrive from the airport is 5 minutes walking. Couldn't expect more! The room was small but clean. Staff were amazing, very helpful for every question you might have. I would definitely come back.

Location is amazing! Literally one minute from Duomo! Friendly staff, good breakfast and exceptionally clean. I would definitely stay here again!
