The heater doesnt work (the staff told us) and they gave us extra blanket for it. The room isnt that cold for us so we dont use the extra blanket. They gave us free breaksfast for compensation. Near tram and bus stop.

The location was near the city and public transport. The bed was really comfortable and the staff was cleaning the room every morning and giving new towels.

The hotel was located within easy reach of historical places, the behaviour of the staff was excellent and friendly,

staff very helpful, changed room when asked as first room was near busy road, asked for a quieter room and was given a lovely room at the back away from traffic noise. Thank You.

We were allowed to keep our baggage there and there is a space to sit in before/after you check in/out. Staff were friendly and our room was big. There are a few bus stops close by.

Receptionists were very helpful in every way. Room dark and air conditioned - great for hot summer. Towels and toiletries were replaced every day. Bus stops relatively accessible and about a 20 minute walk to the centre.

Hotel Panama is a smaller hotel in Florence, in which you feel like at home. Hotel is 22 to 25 minutes (walk) away from the city centre. The rooms are nice, in vintage fashion. The patio, or garden, is accessible for guests - there are two tables. Hotel also offers breakfast (for 5€) and you can get croissants, savoury breakfast, coffee, juice or water. Waiter is really nice and helpful. I was really glad that I chose this hotel for my stay in Florence.

Large room in good location, staff were nice but think on check in day the reception staff was new and not really experienced enough to help although he tried his best. Nice coffee and water in room, room was nice and clean.
