The staff went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The location is perfect; walking distance from everywhere you would want to visit, but away from the crush of the main tourist streets.

We’ve just spent two amazing nights at this fabulous hotel in Piazza Santo Spirito. The rooms are spacious and full of character. You can sip your morning coffee or enjoy an evening drink on the rooftop terrace. The hotel is located in the Santo Spirito neighbourhood, a short stroll to Ponte Vecchio, Pitti Palace, and Boboli Gardens.

Such a lovely historic palazzo converted into a comfortable hotel. There is even a lift taking you up the three flights. My top floor bedroom Overlooked the roof of the Pitti Palace and the Bobili gardens. The lovely sound of the two churches calling locals to prayer was beautiful.

The staff were very helpful with one exception. The food was very good, room was fine (bed a bit hard). View was nothing (ruff tops)
