The front desk receptionist was very helpful. I lost my charger in the room when check out and the front desk was able to keep the charger and return back to me. Much appreciated. I also like the location and breakfast- would recommend to everyone.

Great location! I went for a conference and it was 10min walk, being as well less than 5min walk from the cathedral! Breakfast was very good. I had a single bed but was very comfortable mattress. The only downside I would say is that you can hear the other guests when they walk the corridors. But overall was a very good stay and I would keep this hotel in mind for future visit

Breakfast was enough to keep us going or the first hours of the day. Room was spacious and clean at all times. Location is Tops, walking distance from Maria Novella Train Station and minutes away from Duomo. Also there are many restaurants in the same area.

We loved this hotel with lovely staff in a great location. Breakfast was very good and ladies in breakfast room always cheerful and helpful. My only suggestion would be a towel rail in the bathroom - happy to reuse towels but nowhere to put them to dry! But we would definitely stay again next time in Florence.

Great place to stay in Florence. Good location, excellent breakfast each day. Comfortable bed and hot shower. Room was very small but overall a lovely experience. Staff super friendly and helpful. Quiet and modern.
