We had a truly wonderful stay! The receptionist went above and beyond for us,she made sure every question we had was answered thoroughly and with care.💯 Cleanliness was top-notch, not just in the room but throughout the entire property. Everything smelled fresh, looked new, and was very well maintained.✨️ The food was excellent tasty, well prepared, and satisfying.🥰 Overall, there was nothing missing. Everything we needed was there, and we couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommended!👍

The forth bed in the room wasn't comfortable The air-conditioning didn't work and you cannot open the windows because of all the noise

Hotel is outside the ZTL. You can walk within 20 minutes to the cathedral. Staff is super nice and friendly.

The staff is amazing and they definitely make a difference. They make your stay seamless and you feel home . The location is great , you can go anywhere by foot and enjoy the city comfortably. They have car parking as well so makes your life easy.

The stuff by the front desk especially Matilda and Martina are the best. Super helpful and cheerful. They made the stay memorable. The hotel is close to some restaurants which was amazing .
