Small hotel with a very cosy family feel. We felt very at home and welcome. The location was exceptional and the staff were super friendly and helpful.

The hotel is very close to both the town centre and the rail station, so it never took us more than 10 minutes by foot to get to both. To get to reception there is a set of stairs without lift, but this was mentioned by previous reviews so it didn’t come as a surprise to us. To get to the rooms however, there is a small lift. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. Staff at the front desk was helpful.

Friendly, helpful staff. Amazing location, walked everywhere we wanted to go. Plenty of choices for restaurants in the area.

Very good location, central in the old town. Nearby train station and endstion of the tram. Very friendly staff. On request earlier breakfast was possible because of the marathon.

The hotel was very close to the centre of Florence, but in a quiet street and easy to find from the railway station. Lovely building. Good breakfast with freshly scrambled eggs and baconas wellas meats and cheeses. Hotel was tastefully decorated. The room was big enough and the shower was not too small.

Overall, it was a nice place to stay. Within walking distance of most of the attractions, the staff was friendly and we were happy.
