The room was cozy, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The location was ideal for just about everything I wanted to do. Ale's detailed, knowledgeable recommendations for eating and sightseeing were a big plus.

We had a great stay, fantastic value for money, location and a very friendly welcome! We would definitely recommend! The room was spotless and very comfortable , and Ale (the owner) was extremely helpful on arrival, and is an exceptional and kind host. There is plenty of tea, coffee and snacks and a microwave and fridge available. We also had help carrying our suitcase up the stairs (the hotel is on the second floor) which was a lovely touch. Will be recommending and coming back if ever in Florence again!

Location excellent for conference centre and sightseeing. Alejandra is an exceptional host, she is very organised and helpful, with a friendly manner. The room was small but comfortable.

The location was perfect, they offer us coffee, biscuits and else. I really enjoyed it since we get in. I would stay here whenever I come Florance for sure.
