The location was excellent, walking distance to the train station and the main attractions in Florence. Breakfast was served in the room due to low season. We received it at our requested time which was great and my request for GF was accommodated with no issues.

Lovely historical building. Typical Italian design with many original features. Close to station and many restaurants and shops. It is an old building so be ready for a few faults that come with age. Very comfortable and staff were very accommodating. Waiter in breakfast was super friendly and helpful.

The location could not be better. It is between Santa Maria Novella train station and the Duomo. The staff could speak English and were very helpful. We were allowed to leave our luggage after check-out and pick it up later.

Clean,very close to centre and the train station. Staff were extremely friendly. And very helpful. Hotel was extremely clean. Nice rooms.

The room was comfortable but small. Awful "view"from window - a wall with a large window opposite with bird dropping all down the glass. Shower room was excellent and looked as if it had just been refurbished. WIFI excellent. Breakfasts good . All staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel was furnished with traditional areas and corridors

Very good position near the tram from the airport. Easy walking distance to all the sites. Comfortable traditional feel. Good breakfast.
