It's very well located, the staff is incredibly nice and helpful and the room is very comfortable! They also keep your luggage in the hotel if you still have some time to enjoy the city on the day of your check-out. Recommend it for sure :D

I expected to share a bathroom but had a shower in my room which was much appreciated. Great location . Welcoming staff . Able to hold my bags till check in so that o could go out and explore the city .

Very convenient central location, literally 2 minutes walk to the downtown Florence bus and train station . The front desk staff was very kind and friendly and welcoming , especially as I had arrived later than planned due to a flight delay.

The hotel is not luxury standard but the service and location are excellent & the room was a good size. It is close to the railway station & easy to find. We had a late train the day of checkout & were able to leave our bags which was a huge bonus.

Everything was fine and the location is quite convenient between the main station and the centre of town. The man at reception was helpful and always available. The bed was comfortable.
