Please note the lift operates from the first floor of the building and you must climb some steps to reach it.The concierge service is not available from 2AM to 6AM. In case of arrivals or departures at this time, please notify us one day before.Please note that air conditioning is only available from 1 June until 15 September, and heating in winter.

The location was really good as it was close to all sightseengs, but also it was quiet at night. We really liked room inside, there was enough space, it was warm and the bathroom was really nice.

The location is superb. It is only a 5/6 minute walk from the Florence S M station. I did not have to buy any public transport ticket during my stay as everything was within walking distance. The room is small but quite clean and with all the required amenities. All the staffs were very good.

Amazing, attentive staff, very helpful and very friendly. Good location, very near to all sightseeing places. If you are tide you can return to take a break. A lot of cafe and restaurant around. Dont stress that location does not offer breakfast as there is amazing place just next door from hotel, serving breakfasts from 08:00 a.m. It was good to have a lift from floor 2 to floor 4 each time.

Location was good, nice view of the Duomo out the window. Staff on reception were very friendly and let us leave our bags there before check in time. The shutters on the window block out all of the street noise and light.

Primarily the very good location, staff was generally friendly and accommodating and hotel may look a bit dated already still comfortable and complete.
