Nice and renovated room and Bathroom. Best experience I had in all my bookings in Europe. The staff texted ahead of our booking to know what time we were gonna arrive, left our luggage in the hotel as we arrived in the morning. They texted us when our room was ready (earlier than normal check in time) and took our luggage to our room by the time we arrived, amazing service, really close to the main train station and easy to walk to the main attractions. Breakfast was delicious, with heaps of options, 100% recommended

Perfect central location. Breakfast was good. room very comfortable. we were in room 203, which has a clear glass panel facing the bed, meaning when having a shower it is not private, aslo visible to the toilet. My I suggest even a frosted panel to offer more privacy when using the bathroom. The bathroom is very tastefully decorated.

The location is fantastic for a one night stay. Close to SM Novella train station and the airport tram. The staff are super friendly and helpful. There is no elevator for luggage but the reception staff were there to help. The breakfast was a good selection. The coffee was superb and the breakfast receptionist/barista was a sweet and lovely warm person.

Very clean, perfectly located hotel. The bed was very comfortable The staff top! They were very nice and super helpful and saved us a couple of times, helping us to get WiFi when our previous one did not offer and letting us store our luggage a week after we stayed at them during one of our layovers nearby.
