Staff were very friendly and professional. I had a problem with the room I was in and was promptly moved to another room. The hotel location is great, minutes away from the airport tram and a short walk from the cathedral. Breakfast was mainly Italian style - pastries & bread based rather than freshly cooked food, but good. Would stay again.

Very well located, just 2 minutes away from the Duomo. The rooms are very classic but exactly what you would need for a few days.

The area is right behind the Duomo, which is very central. Cozy street with nice places right outside. The breakfast was absolutely the best, lots of things to choose from. Freshly squeezed orange juice felt luxurious! The barista, a typical Italian man was too cute and nice - made our mornings very pleasant!

I was lucky with my room as I had an amazing view into the square in front of the building. The staff were all extremely kind and helpful. The breakfast buffet was amazing especially with our bartender Gio's aura and vibes. The room had a bidet and a spacious bathroom.

the large size of the room 219, its balcony over the Piazza Della Santissima Annunziata, the breakfast buffet with a very large choice of everything, the "tropical rain" shower, the 5 minutes walk to the Duomo, the Galleria dell'Academia, the 10 steps to the Spedale degli Innocenti and the 100 steps to the Basilica Della Santissima Annunziata (both to visit absolutely). From the balcony you can see across the piazza a small window on the third floor, of the room in which Leonardo Da Vinci started painting Mona Lisa (but did not finish there).

I want to express my great gratitude to the hotel for their hospitality and excellent service. The location is very convenient, with all attractions just about a 15-minute walk away. The staff is very welcoming, and the breakfasts are very tasty. Although the selection is small, everything is very delicious. I highly recommend it. The value for the price is 10 out of 10.
