Location is near the station, and since Florence isn’t that big, everything is in walking distance. Very friendly staff, even though non of them really speak English. Nice breakfastroom! Breakfast itself was also really lovely. Spacious room.

We loved staying in the hotel: it was my husband and my baby (6 months), and I. The size of the bedroom was pretty good and fit all of our stuff. We like a lot the bed and the bathroom also. There was a hot water shower, so it was perfect for the weather. The location is perfect. Closed to the tram stop, we came from the airport. It is also really close to the tourist points. We did everything walking. We only took the tram to go back to the airport. For sure, we will stay there again when we come back.

Great location very close to the main sights and the railway station as well. Very nice hosts, very good breakfast, clean room with comfortable beds and a lovely balcony. Good value for money.

Room was quite clean and very well meeting at reception. Location is great and in very short walking distance from train station. It was our first visit in Florence, and I am very glad that we have picked this venue. It is worthwhile of the payment I have done and would stay again if come to Florence again. They kept our luggage beyond check-out time with no payment.

The staff was polite and attentive. The room and bathroom were spotless. The room was exceptionally spacious. Breakfast was delicious. The location is excellent, close to the train station and within walking distance of other city attractions.

Very hospitable staff - seemed to be run by a family. The lady at the check-in counter offered me a cup of free cafe latte. The room was great for this price - spacious and comfortable. It’s also good that the toilet and shower are separate. Hotels such as this kind seldom serve hot food but they are happy to cook omelettes for you in different styles - I have heard some requested for eggs with cheese etc. The location is the best - a stone’s throw from the train station and there is a full fledged super market 2 mins walk from the hotel - all great stuff at cheap prices!
