The location was very central and near the historic Duomo. Room was very spacious and well-equipped with kettles for making tea/coffee.

Everything was amazing! The staff were so friendly, the hotel had a old and cozy feeling. Loved the wine cellar! Also was in a good spot to see alot of things and shopping

The hotel is in a great location. Only a short walk to all the main attractions in Florence such as the Galleria, the Duomo, the markets, the main train station and Uffizi. The staff were lovely. Alessandro made us feel very comfortable and was there to help with any inquires we had during our stay. The breakfast was delicious. Room was newly renovated and lovely interior. Bed and pillows were comfortable.

The room is clean. Especially the room attendant is very friendly & helpful. Thanks for making the most afford to clean our room everyday to make us feel comfortable. The breakfast is great too, staff serving us with coffee.

The location was great, many restaurants around and super markets. Duomo was few minutes walking. We also liked the friendliness of the staff in general, everyone was so welcoming and willing to help.

From the moment I arrived a was greeted by Andre at the front desk, the otel staff made every effort to enhance my stay. Anthony was very helpful bringing my luggage to the room, as well as displaying lots of patience with me with the code and key combination on the room safe. Lorenzo took great care of the guest s every morning at breakfast. He makes a delicious latte. As a bonus, Andre and Lorenzo prepared a lunch to go for me on the way to Le Pavoniere Golf Club in Florence.

Great location and friendly, helpful staff. There is a good range of food available for breakfast. The decor is a little tired but it gives the hotel a hint of faded glory which is charming.

Really impressed with Hotel Ginori Al Duomo. They included a bottle of wine in our room. Very centrally located, very clean, very spacious room and the staff at Reception were most helpful. Gave us very helpful information for touring around Florence, stored our luggage and got us a taxi when leaving. Would highly recommend this hotel.
