Marco and Manuella are such warm, welcoming hosts. They made us feel right at home from the moment we stepped into their lovely and very well run hotel. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable as we explored the city. They even filled our bottles with cold water and ice before we left each morning and gave wonderful advice on what to do and see. They provided u with a travel book to borrow and gave us a map to keep to help us navigate Florence. We can't thank them enough. They helped make our stay such a wonderful experience. The breakfast and coffee were fantastic, too. I We loved every morning, the fresh fruit salad and new Italian tart to enjoy!

Greeted by staff upon check in who also helped us with our luggage. Both of them were very nice and friendly. There is a wide variety of included breakfast each morning. Rooms were clean and spacious for the three of us. Aircon worked well. They showed us recommendations of places to see in Florence and the hotel was around a 20 mins walk from the main area in the city.

Clean, quiet, great A/C in warm weather. Huge bathroom, amazing staff, excellent breakfasts, good location for easy access to sights.

Hotel is wonderfully located for all Florence’s historical attractions, shops and restaurants. No more than 10-20 mins away on foot. We travelled in by train, also a very short distance away. We were wonderfully greeted by the family who couldn’t have done more to make us feel fantastically welcome and guide us to everything Florence has to offer. Breakfast is a real treat, tasty and plentiful with something for everyone. Our room was spacious, well air conditioned with a lovely Juliet balcony to the street.

Wonderful place to stay in Florence. The hotel team is super hospitable and supportive. The offer of breakfast is simply delicious. The room space is large enough with equipped AC and bathroom is cozy. Team Hotel Giglio just made our stay in Florence a fabulous one :) Thank you!

Clean and nice hotel near the city center. We liked the combination of historical furniture and comfortable beds. Room was large, even for 4 people there was enough space. Very nice staff. Breakfest was tasty. The only disadvantage is parking in the paud garage or on the street with risk of penalty. But it seems to be a standard in hotels in centre of Florence...
